David Davies

David qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has been a partner with Morton Pugh Welch for over 20 years. David’s main area of practice is in Real Estate Law and in particular Leasehold and Freehold Conveyancing.

David advises and acts for both Private and Commercial clients using his specialist expertise to assist those buying or selling their homes or investment properties.

David believes the level of service which he provides is reflected in the practice having achieved membership of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Martin, with many years in the legal profession, is an experienced Solicitor covering a broad range of areas of law.

Martin’s main areas of work are Civil and Commercial Litigation, Landlord and Tenant, Commercial Property and Corporate and Partnership Law.
